Job Summary |
COSAM's Office of Student and Career Success
OSCS is seeking a motivated and hardworking undergraduate student for a Career Peer Advisor/Student Engagement Associate position. This position will work directly within
OSCS to assist with engagement events, data collection, marketing materials, and additional daily tasks. |
Essential Functions |
- Assist in the executing of the communication plans to promote the vision, mission, goals, and achievements of the Office of Student and Career Success
- Create and curate engaging content through a variety of mediums
- Coordinates marketing and communication calendars, production schedules, and deadlines
- Collect data that supports best marketing practices within established platform mediums
- Ensure the OSCS website page is up to date with student engagement opportunities
- Assist with planning, preparing, & producing employer engagement events which may include set up and/or clean-up for engagement events

Minimum Qualifications |
- Current Auburn University student majoring in Public Relations, Marketing, Graphic Design, or other equivalent majors
- Commitment to work up to 5-10 hours per week
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Training will be provided on all technology and systems required, but some technical aptitude is required.

Preferred Qualifications |
- Graphic Design or Social Media marketing experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator
