The Center of Excellence organization supports a large financial organization who's highly complex and matrixed environment requires a deep understanding of core functional and operational drivers that influence JLL's performance and results. Being able to interpret and understand the client culture, vision, goals and key business drivers is imperative to JLL's success. This role concentrates on current and forward-focus operations, risk management, and maintaining high standards of service and compliance. Actions are data-driven and based in facts.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Care and Service Delivery

* Establishes outstanding relationships with key stakeholders by soliciting feedback and excelling at world-class client service delivery

* Responds to Client requests for information and change requests, ensuring JLL's interests are protected and Account Leadership is engaged

Operational Performance Monitoring and Reporting

* Proactively monitors and mitigates risks, while effectively managing impacts and dependencies across the team

MSA Contract Governance & Optimization

* Demonstrates thorough understanding of the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and related contractual documents

* Identifies and works with business lines to create programs to resolve compliance gaps and risks related to JLL's service delivery alignment with the MSA

* Supports team adherence to the MSA terms and conditions, and related performance metrics and requirements through ongoing training and programs

* Seeks Global integration and alignment

Quality Assurance Program

* Responsible for collaborating with JLL business lines and leadership to mitigate performance risks and align with JLL and industry best practices

Risk Assessment and Mitigation

* Administers the Account Risk Management Program, ensuring Leadership drives corrective action and act decisively regarding mitigation strategies

* Develops and execute strategies and programs to elevate Risk Awareness across the Account organization

Regulatory Compliance Management

* Ensures adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies

Staff Onboarding and Operational Training

* Implement an onboarding program that ensures new employees are effectively integrated into their roles and the organization

* Identify and provide ongoing training opportunities for existing employees to support their business, enhance risk and compliance awareness, and improve performance

Qualifications:

* Seasoned leader with 10-15 years of executive-level Commercial RE experience

* Proven experience in a senior leadership role building and running Performance and Compliance functions

* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, global teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive performance improvements and client satisfaction

* Experience in creating and delivering compelling presentations that effectively translate tactical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences

* Strong knowledge of contract law and analysis with the ability to identify contractual gaps and propose solutions that benefit both the client and JLL

* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the capacity to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively

* Preferred: A broad range of business and client experience supported by ongoing learning and development

Estimated total compensation for this position:

190,000.00 - 210,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
