Partner with HR COE leaders to provide support for enhancement requests, defects resolution, and new functionality implementation. Troubleshoot complex application issues by diagnosing causes, identifying solutions, and coordinating corrective actions while escalating issues through appropriate internal and/or external resources. Work with program owners to translate business needs and processes into detailed functional requirements and configuration settings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality assurance is maintained throughout the system development lifecycle to prevent problems when delivering products and/or services to Main Line Health key stakeholders. Exhibit deployment flexibility with current and future system enhancements via the waterfall or agile model. Develop and Grow your Career!
