Description

American Specialty Health Incorporated is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Human Resources (HRS) department. This position will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.

Salary Range
American Specialty Health complies with state and federal wage and hour laws and compensation depends upon candidate's qualifications, education, skill set, years of experience, and internal equity. $17.25 to $22.65 Hourly Wage.
Onsite Requirement
ASH requires all onsite employees and employees who travel for their position to review and acknowledge ASH's Communicable Disease and Pandemic Policy.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support for Human Resources.
  • Talent Acquisition Support.
  • Greets candidates and employees as they enter the Human Resources lobby if onsite.
  • Process employment verification.
  • Maintains personnel files.
  • Completes assigned Jobvite Onboarding tasks.
  • Completes I-9's for employees that come on-site.
  • Processes "You Make the Difference" coupons for managers and employees.
  • Manages the employee special coupons and discount programs.
  • Sends ASH birthday cards to employees.
  • Tracks employees' first anniversary and sends t-shirt emails.
  • Assists with HR programs including Achievement Awards, Corporate Awards, and Chairman's Appreciation event when needed.
  • Issues badges for employees, temporary employees, security guards, property management, and consultants. Coordinates the replacement of employee badges with security. Maintains Genetec database for badges by updating changes in cards due to transfers, terminations, etc. Orders Genetec supplies.
  • For onsite requests, works with HR management to get appropriate approval and maintains the onsite spreadsheet.
  • Maintains A-1 parking log and access.
  • Distributes incoming mail.
  • Tracks and orders supplies for department.
  • Monitors and responds to HR Help emails daily.
  • Review and approve ASH postings.
  • Schedules internal and external appointments and meetings as needed.
  • Obtains approval and processes invoices for department leadership.
  • Runs monthly OIG report.
  • Works and supports compliance with monthly, quarterly, and annual audits.
  • Assists with other projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required.
  • Minimum two years' experience providing administrative support, minimum of one year of experience in Human Resources.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with experience managing and creating spreadsheets in Excel.

Mobility

Primarily sedentary, able to sit for long periods of time.

Physical Requirements

Ability to speak, see and hear other personnel and/or objects. Ability to communicate both in verbal and written form. Ability to travel within the facility. Capable of using a telephone and computer keyboard. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.

Environmental Conditions

Office environment.
