What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading our Talent Acquisition (TA) Systems Team in supporting digital transformation.
  • Building and maintaining People tools with a focus on Talent Acquisition (TA) systems, ensuring they meet organizational needs.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Creating and Managing our Talent Acquisition (TA) systems Product Roadmaps
  • Collaborating with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of TA systems with existing or new enterprise applications.
  • Evaluating and implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance Recruiting functions
  • Conducting regular system audits and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting team and key stakeholders to recommend, develop, revise, scale, and implement process improvements to maximize digital transformation and efficiencies.
  • Provide coaching, technical expertise, and mentorship to the team on work techniques, best practices, and operational expertise.

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of configuration experience with Talent Acquisition systems like Avature or similar ATS. Level 4 Avature certification preferred.
  • Solid understanding of Talent Acquisition Systems and Integration frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in supporting digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to conduct system audits and troubleshoot data, integration or system issues.
