Medical Receptionist - Plastic Surgery
Vienna, VA Pay From: $18 per hour MUST: Experienced Medical Receptionist - Plastic Surgery 2+ years of experience as a Medical Receptionist - Plastic Surgery 2+ years of experience working in a medical office w/ plastic surgery and/or med spa Strong customer service experience Strong experience answering phones and scheduling surgical procedures Strong EMR experience Experience verifying insurance Experience pre-authorizing surgical procedures Insurance follow up Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to multi-task DUTIES: Answer phones and direct calls Maintain database of patient procedures and notebook of operative reports Pre-certify patient procedures with insurance company Schedule patient procedures Schedule follow up tests Verify insurance coverage with third-party payor Schedule physician appointments for new patients and follow up patients Other duties as assigned Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
