JOB TITLE - Document Control Manager
JOB SUMMARY
Document Control Manager with 3-5 years of experience in
managing documents, ensuring insurance compliance, maintaining documents in the
company system, archiving documents, supporting projects, managing
documentation turnover reports for ASU Operations, liaising with others,
supporting audits, and creating user documentation, instructional manuals, and
other technical documents. Proven success in working collaboratively with
software engineers and managers to ensure accuracy and clarity in all technical
documents.
Essential Functions
Manage documents: Receive, log, track, file, and monitor documents. This includes paper and electronic documents, customer and vendor documentation, technical correspondence and resources.Independently handle all aspects of project documentation utilizing various document control practices and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
Ensure compliance: Make sure documents exceed quality checks and are accurate and meet legal and company regulations.
Maintain documents on ASU Engineering SharePoint and Commissioning ShareFile: Use computer software to manage documents, ensuring all project-related documentation is imported and filed accordingly.Establish a systematic and comprehensive Project Filing System.
Archive documents: Archive inactive records and documents, while ensuring latest revisions are clearly designated
Support projects: Set up document control records, prepare project data books, and provide backup support to project administrators, engineers and managers.
Manage documentation turnover reports for ASU Operations: Review documentation requests and prepare document package for turnover, project completion and custody transfer.
Liaise with others: Communicate with operations, project management, commissioning, and management.
Support audits: Assist with documents to conform with various audits, reviews, and reporting related to document control and compliance.
Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Education Level - Preferred - Associate Degree in Business
Administration/Associate Degree in Computer Sciences
Bachelor's Degree - Preferred - Bachelor of Science in
Business Administration/Bachelor of Science in Computer Sciences.

Ability to modify Vizio flowcharts
