Modern Technology Solutions Inc. (MTSI) is searching for a SkillBridge Fellow in Tampa, FL for USSOCOM AT&L PEO-Fixed Wing. This position involves managing the spend plan, distributing funding, and coordinating with multiple outside program offices and organizations to ensure proper budget execution. In addition, this position will coordinate with requirements sponsors to capture requirements and prioritization in order to develop a sound acquisition strategy

* Manage the spend plan and execution of Training Devices acquisition and training transformation programs supporting AFSOC special operations aircrew and maintenance training
* Track procurement, modification, and sustainment of over 55 SOF training simulators/devices for AC/MC-130J, CV-22, C-146, U-28, and OA-1K platforms
* Liaison between AFSOC/A3TS, AFSOC/A5, multiple program offices and defense contractors, and the warfighter for communication of requirements, funding, and modification/device procurement
* Develop and manage the acquisition strategy and budget for training devices of suite of programs
* Assist in congressional notification and budgetary development
* Provide responses to command, DoD, and congressional taskers and Requests for Information
* Travel in support of program and participate in industry trade conferences (25-30% travel)

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, business/program management, or related field
* 2+ years in Modelling and Simulation and/or SOF Acquisition experience (Desired, not required)
* ACAT II certified (Desired, not required) or similar relevant acquisition/program management experience
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Experience preparing briefings and documentation in accordance with DoD instructions
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
* Active Secret Clearance
