WHAT OUR MANAGER, AGILITY MARKETING ENJOY MOST

• Developing and executing brand strategies, creative campaigns, and product positioning that resonate with target audiences.
• Working cross-functionally with product, marketing, design, and sales teams to craft compelling consumer experiences.
• Leveraging consumer insights and customer journey mapping to drive marketing and branding decisions.
• Rapidly prototyping and launching campaigns, messaging, and creative assets to test and iterate in real time.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, or a related field within agencies, startups, or brand teams 5+ years.
  Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field; or equivalent work experience and education.
  Technicalskills: Deep understanding of consumer psychology, customer journeys, and brand positioning. Passion for technology, IoT, mobile networks, and connectivity. Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building and launching campaigns from the ground up.
• Skills: Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills. Highly organized. Self-motivated. Experience in entertainment, media, or programming.
• Abilities: Can develop and execute innovative brand strategies in fast-moving environments. Can translate technical concepts into compelling consumer narratives. Can sell ideas internally and externally.
• Travel ability: Office environment
