POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for overseeing and managing technical IT projects. In this role,under the direction of the ITS Project Management Office, the Project Manager will plan, direct and coordinate activities surrounding department or organizational project(s) and initiative(s) to ensure goals and objectives are met within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Responsibilities include managing all phases of IT projects - feasibility, planning, design, build, test, implement, and close. The Project Manager will be responsible for following the ITS project management lifecycle and governance process, using the enterprise PPM tool for project management and team collaboration, building and leading cross-functional project teams, developing, resourcing and managing project work plans. The Project Manager will facilitate information flow between project team members, management, vendors and other project stakeholders. This role will facilitate and operationalize relationships with external organizations, vendors, and other strategic partners. The Project Manager has some managerial level responsibility and decision-making authority for assigned projects. The Project Manager will collaborate with PMO team members and other ITS stakeholders to foster continuous improvement of BMCHS ITS project management practices. Compensation Range: $83,000.00- $120,500.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
