Job Description:

• The Speech-Language Pathologist II (SLP) is responsible for identifying, assessing, and treating patients with cognitive-communication and/or swallowing disorders.
• The SLP also provides counseling/ education to patients, caregivers, and staff regarding cognitive-communication and/ or swallowing disorders.

Job Requirements:

• Master's Degree, Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Ky License
• BLS
• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
• Maintain Certification of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
