Job Title: Pharmacist (Hybrid) Location: Trenton NJ 08625 Duration: 06 Months Shift: 08:30 AM to 04:30 PM (40 Hours/Week) Pay Rate: $42.00/hr-$45.45/hr Need: Only Local candidates is accepeted. Job Description: This position will play a major role in ensuring that over $80 million of vaccines are stored and managed appropriately amongst the approximately 900 enrolled providers. Providing education on proper vaccine storage, handling, and accountability. Reviewing data for providers whose vaccines have been exposed to out-of-range temperatures. Interacting with vaccine manufacturers to validate provider temperature excursion assessments. Working with providers on corrective action plans. Developing and updating policies and procedures to ensure proper vaccine storage and handling. Visiting provider offices throughout NJ who have difficulty with vaccine storage and handling. Supporting providers through re-vaccination and restitution. Enforcing state and federal guidelines concerning the Vaccines for Children, 317, and Bridge Access Programs throughout the state. This position also will serve as a pharmaceutical subject matter expert in handling complex storage and handling issues and dealing with provider corrective actions. License and Certification: PharmD and RPH or equivalent
