To this effect, we are seeking dynamic professionals to join ALAM to lead the Technical training domain in addition to driving the CIMP program management ( including CIMP training ) in the Industrial Management function globally (US and APAC); thereby accelerating ALAM's targeted technical populations' development through streamlined learning process.The Position: The Technical Training, Lead is responsible for developing, leading and implementing the technical training strategy and program/s globally within ALAM in close coordination with other stakeholders including WBL and ALU. This includes leading Training Needs Analysis, Developing technical training modules in close coordination with all Stakeholders, Implementation of Technical training & qualification programs, creating and driving the roadmaps for development of Technical Community Leaders (TCLS) and DA/SMEs. The role will also encompass establishing the feedback loop and driving the continuous improvement process. Refer Annexure 1. This global role reports to Senior Director, Industrial Management covering all the sites of ALAM in US and APAC. The Mission: Retain, Propagate, Anticipate and Develop This role will play a key part in defining technical competency development and CIMP program implementation within ALAM, which is a key for success. By developing, leading and implementing overall implementation of the technical training strategy, roadmap and program and CIMP (incl. replication) projects globally, this role champions technical and C-IMP methodology training as the cornerstone for sustaining profitable growth, elevating employee experience (EX), optimizing customer experience (CX) and unlocking unparalleled efficiencies.
