"I can succeed as a ESG Business Operations Senior Analyst at Capital Group." The ESG Business Operations Senior Analyst will partner across the global ESG team and with key enterprise stakeholders to advance ESG-related operational priorities. In this role, you will analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and help implement effective solutions. You will assist the ESG Business Operations group in prioritization and management of change items. You will gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet business needs. You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding. You will assist in the testing of new tools and processes to ensure they meet the specified requirements. You will create and maintain documentation on projects and processes. You will provide some project management support, including planning, monitoring, and reporting. You will also support broader initiatives to simplify and scale and drive operational excellence on the ESG team. "I am the person Capital Group's looking for."
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
