Description POSITION SUMMARY This is an entry level position where the main function is following established procedures to open and assign tickets based on log and event review, network monitoring, and equipment configuration auditing. Other opportunities within the Network Services Department will be available based on tasks assigned by the NetOps Manager. Essential Job Functions1. Monitor daily non-critical system event logs and alerts:
