CU*Answers is a nationally recognized Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, dedicated to providing high-level service to our clients and business partners. Our technical teams use RPGLE, Python, PHP, JavaScript, C#, SQL, HTML, CSS and more to design our wide array of software solutions and web products, supported by a dynamic team of industry professionals. Our Managed Services teams assist clients in maximizing the value of their core processing investment by consulting and driving projects forward.

CU*Answers was founded 50 years ago and is a 100% credit union-owned CUSO located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We build core solutions, not just core software. CU*Answers offers a wide variety of services for credit unions including its flagship CU*BASE processing system in both an online (SaaS) and in-house environment; self-service options featuring the It’s Me 247 Online Banking product, member check processing and direct deposit processing services. CU*Answers provides combined services to over 270 credit unions nationally representing over 2 million members and $23 billion in credit union assets.
