Work Schedule: 60% FTE, day shift. 8-hour shifts between the hours of 7:00AM - 5:00PM. 1 set day and 1 floating day off per week. Main location is UW Health 1 South Park Street Clinic with rotation to outlying screening sites as needed. Occasional Saturday shifts at UW Health Union Corners Clinic.
