Title:Engineering Maintenance Technician Hours: 7a-3:30p Pay Rate: $29-$50 per hour Requirements Investigate building systems and documents operational data. Prepares recommendations for system improvements, maintenance programs and evaluations. This work is performed under the general supervision of the Engineering Project Manager and under the technical oversight of engineers. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. An AA degree is preferred. 5 years related work experience. Specific training in the area of expertise (engineering and/or maintenance discipline) equivalent to 1 year of college; such training may be at a vocational or technical school, college, or apprenticeship sponsor organization. Keep current with changing technology and practices in the industry. Knowledge: Basic, current knowledge of specialties listed below, as well as the relevant local, state, federal, and regulatory stipulations and codes.
