JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Department of Accounting of The Pennsylvania State University (University Park) seeks to fill a tenured Assistant Professor faculty position beginning in Fall 2025. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: A successful candidate for an Assistant Professor role must have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Accounting or related discipline prior to employment in Fall 2025. Faculty members are expected to pursue an active research program, perform undergraduate and graduate teaching, supervise graduate students, and engage in service activities. Fields of interest include financial accounting, managerial accounting, auditing, or taxation. Onsite teaching is an essential function of the job .
