SEBRING INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY
This race track located in Sebring, Florida, is America's oldest road racing track, with over six decades of storied history. It hosts the historic Twelve Hours of Sebring each year on the third Saturday of March on the 3.74-mile road course. The Twelve Hours of Sebring is one of the four endurance races on the IMSA schedule. Summary Responsible for answering telephones, receiving guests entering the office building, selling event tickets and providing general administrative and support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Communicate clearly verbally and in writing, on the phone and face-to-face with guests. Deliver high levels of customer service to all who contact the company through visits, phone calls, emails, etc. Often serve as the first point of contact for guests calling and visiting the business. Learn and maintain competency with the track ticketing system by selling tickets and parking passes for various events throughout the year. Coordinate ticket reporting. Receive mail and packages and deliver to appropriate recipients. Provide administrative support to Ticketing Manager and other staff members, as needed. No travel required. Other duties as assigned. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
