Responsible for enhancing nursing practice standards and promoting professional development within our hospital through developing, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based nursing practice standards and protocols.
Does this position require Patient Care? Yes Essential Functions *Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based nursing practice standards and protocols. *Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to nursing staff to enhance their clinical skills and professional development. *Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care outcomes and ensure adherence to best practices. *Conduct assessments, identify educational needs, and develop training programs for nursing staff. *Serve as a resource for nursing staff on complex clinical cases and ethical dilemmas. *Facilitate research activities, quality improvement initiatives, and participate in evidence-based practice projects. *Monitor and analyze trends in nursing practice and healthcare regulations, recommending improvements as needed. *Participate in committees, meetings, and professional organizations to promote nursing excellence Qualifications:
