What You'll Do IronArch is seeking a highly experienced Strategic Planning, Governance, and Initiatives Lead to support Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) operations. This role focuses on enterprise-wide strategy, governance, and planning, requiring deep expertise in Air Force and DoD corporate processes, strategic partnerships, and governance structures. Responsibilities will include:
- Provide strategic planning and governance support for AFCEC initiatives
- Lead and collaborate with complex teams to analyze and interpret strategies and guidance from Senior Air Force leaders
- Apply extensive knowledge of AFCEC, Air Force, and DoD corporate processes, including OSD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) and POM processes
- Engage with key stakeholders, including OSD, SAF, AFIMSC, and A4C, to enhance strategic partnerships
- Support organizational management and governance of the Air Force Civil Engineering enterprise
Requirements
- Master's degree required
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Air Force and DoD corporate processes
- Extensive knowledge of AFCEC partnerships, Air Force CE mission areas, and strategic planning methodologies
- Strong ability to collaborate with leadership teams and interpret high-level Air Force strategies
- Working knowledge of governance structures within the Air Force Civil Engineering enterprise
- Active Secret clearance required
