Service Cloud Team Salesforce is looking for visionary Software Engineers to architect the next generation of Service Cloud AI, focusing on delivering autonomous, intelligent customer service solutions at scale. In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-driven features-from LLM integration and prompt strategy to building robust evaluation frameworks and execution workflows. Beyond pure development, you will lead technical designs and mentor teams to elevate AI maturity, ensuring that innovation is balanced with production-ready reliability, security, and cost-efficiency. As part of the role, you will: Demonstrate experience in leading technical teams, managing project timelines, and delivering high-quality software solutions. The typical base salary range for this position is $184,000 - $306,600 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $200,800 - $334,600 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
