Overview Nakupuna Companies is seeking a Reclamation Site Foreman to support Nakupuna Companies on executing stream reclamation, land restoration, abandoned mine land (AML) closures, and other small, heavy civil constructions projects. Working experience in operating heavy equipment for earthwork, stream restoration, flood recovery, fire recovery, and AML closure projects. Must have a strong ability to interact professionally with colleagues, subcontractors, clients, and project stakeholders in the ever-changing environment of a field construction project, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The Reclamation Site Foreman will review and execute project drawings and specifications; manage and direct junior field staff; coordinate subcontractors and suppliers; communicate frequently with the Nakupuna Companies Site Superintendent(s) and/or Project Manager(s), clients and stakeholders when on site; and remain flexible and resourceful to resolve field issues that may occur. Support the planning, scheduling, and executing of field construction projects and tasks, having experience leading and working directly alongside field crews on all field tasks, and providing insight to efficiently completing work and using safe work practices for addressing small, heavy civil projects.

Work Location:On-site, reports to Wheat Ridge, CO office. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel 50-75% of time along the Rocky Mountain region. The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $30.37 to $35.00 (hourly USD). The hourly range displayed represents the typical hourly range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees. |
