Job Responsibilities: The Director of Oncology reports to the reports to the Executive Director of Nursing ACNO for operations and program planning. The Director of Nursing has a matrix relationship to the Vice President for Nursing and Patient Services for professional nursing practice issues, programs, and standards. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing care delivered, planning, organizing, leading, and evaluating the nursing service within a functional unit. In addition, the DON is responsible for fiscal management, development of short- and long-term goals for nursing service, management of nursing personnel, and providing nursing leadership in formulating and implementing functional unit objectives. Qualifications:
Salary Range: $170,000 per year - $210,000 per year. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
