Maintenance

Maintenance position for full-time year-round.

Responsibilities:

Provide daily upkeep and maintenance of park grounds, vehicles and buildings. Must have experience working on plumbing and electrical.

Other duties would include, but not be limited to: building, mending fences and/or enclosures, cleaning and maintaining restrooms, driving forklift and other equipment, providing assistance to other departments, and more.

Experienced in using a variety of manual and power tools, as well as operating various light and heavy equipment.

Requirements:

*Ability to work independently in a fast-paced work environment

*Ability to climb and work on ladders of varying heights

*Good physical health allowing for the ability to execute the necessary job duties and perform appropriate maintenance, including but not limited to: standing, digging, kneeling, working in high spaces, lifting of 50lbs or more in all weather conditions and in a variety of indoor and outdoor temperatures.

Work Schedules:

*May - October hours: 7am - 6pm

*November - April hours: 8am - 4pm

This position will be scheduled for weekend hours and holiday hours.
