The Outpatient Pharmacy Manager is responsible for effective administration and management of the retail pharmacy. The Pharmacy Manager ensures the development of patient-oriented clinical pharmacy services and develops a working relationship with the pharmacists and technicians of the pharmacy to improve the work flow and efficiency of the pharmacy operation. The Pharmacy Manager supervises and oversees the professional and administrative functions within the pharmacy. Interfaces with external customers to optimize the pharmacy operation.

Minimum Qualifications:




  • Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy resulting in a Pharm.D. degree or B.S.
  • Residency preferred
  • Current licensure as a pharmacist in the State of Maryland required
  • Certified by the Maryland Board of Pharmacy to provide vaccinations preferably upon hire and required within six months of employment
  • Active CPR certification


Salary Range: Minimum $49.18/hour - Maximum $89.16/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
