Job Summary:

The Manager, EPMO Business Analysis leads business analysis requirements efforts that enhance EPMO business services and improve deliverables. This role will be instrumental in supporting processes for strategic enterprise projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead and manage the team to align with industry best practices, elevating the standards of business analysis and ensuring impactful outcomes for the enterprise and its stakeholders
  • Champion best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving strategic alignment to provide valuable insights and recommendations to business stakeholders
  • Guide the team in adopting business agility principles and enhancing requirements management practices to promote efficiency, standardization, and the development of reusable, scalable solutions
  • Act as the primary liaison between key business stakeholders and business analysis team, ensuring accountability for the team's delivery of associated services
  • Ensure that delivery efforts are strategically aligned with the organization's priorities and objectives
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of overarching business models and the intricacies of various functional areas to inform analysis and decision-making
  • Facilitate seamless access for business partners to leverage EPMO services and expertise, enabling them to obtain the necessary solutions for success
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external key stakeholders and team members to ensure that business requirements effectively drive the analysis towards design of high-quality solutions aligned with business and architectural standards
  • Assess staffing requirements and manage team capacity to ensure optimal resource allocation and workload balance
  • Assist in budget forecasting for the team by analyzing historical trends and evaluating current workload and scope
  • Facilitate the rapid resolution and escalation of issues and blockers to maintain project momentum and team productivity
  • Support the creation, management, maintenance, and dissemination of business requirements management policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring adherence across the team
  • Oversee the hiring, training, coaching, and development of direct reports, including conducting performance reviews and managing disciplinary actions as needed
  • Supervise the development and dissemination of training materials related to EPMO business analysis to ensure team members are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge
  • Perform any other job duties as requested

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant work experience is required
  • Master's degree is preferred
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience working in a medium to large operating and delivery environment, to include five (5) years in healthcare is required
  • Minimum of five (5) years program, project, or consulting services leadership experience required
  • Experience working within managed care business analysis is required
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps, Service Now, JIRA, Modern Requirements, or equivalent suite of business requirements management tools and software development processes, including hybrid/agile, is required

Competencies, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to deliver complex functional solutions that efficiently improve business architecture using service-oriented methodologies to derive business stakeholder alignment is required
  • Skill in administration of geographically diverse teams and on premises teams is preferred
  • Overall knowledge and understanding of managed care business architecture and of delivering complex products and solutions in a decentralized modern environment
  • General knowledge of requirements lifecycle and management across business process engineering, software programming/integration, and continuous delivery pipelines
  • Familiarity of the healthcare payer industry and knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace is preferred
  • Familiarity of the healthcare payer industry and knowledge of Mergers and Acquisitions is preferred
  • Flexibility in leading innovation and organizational change
  • Demonstrated ability to attract, manage and develop team members
  • Ability to develop, prioritize and accomplish goals in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high level of professionalism

Licensure and Certification:

  • IIBA, Six Sigma, or Agile Certifications preferred

Working Conditions:

  • General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Minimal travel required as needed to support the team

Compensation Range:
$92,300.00 - $161,600.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
