Overview

Position Summary:

The Judge Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in the semiconductor industry, technologies and embedded systems, with a proven track record of developing and implementing strategic solutions that drive business growth and innovation. Thecandidate should excel in leveraging effective visual storytelling techniques, negotiations, pattern recognition, and identifying proactive solution offerings to clients. Additionally, they should be adept at building and maintaining strongclient relationships, effectively persuading and influencing stakeholders, being client success-oriented, a collaborativepartner with an excellent ability to solve complex problems.



Responsibilities

Drive Sales
* Engage in consultative solutioning with new and existing clients to uncover pain points and needs, understand budgets, and customize solutions.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance our semiconductor and embedded systems offerings.
* Lead the development of technical proposals and engaging presentations for clients, stakeholders and business reviews.
* Model financial business cases for sales opportunities.
* Work with Account Executives and Service Delivery Engagement Manager to create, update and execute on account plans.

Solutions Engineer
* Manage and execute pilot programs for semiconductor solutions, overseeing the testing phase and gathering feedback to drive improvements before full-scale deployment
* Provide expert technical advice and answer complex questions from clients and sales teams during thesales process
* Manage run rate and outcome delivery to ensure project is delivered according to budget in SOW
* Partner with internal back-office support teams to ensure timely billing and receivables.

Personal Development

* Attend industry-related conferences to expand prospect network and knowledge
* Educate Account Executives on consultative selling approach
* Author a minimum of 2 (annually) thought-leadership articles, white-papers, blogposts



Qualifications

Qualifications
* Bachelor's or master's degree with at least 7-10 years' experience in consultative services
* Minimum on 7 years of experience in semiconductor and embedded systems industries
* Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies, embedded systems design, and related software
* Experience with semiconductor design tools and software (i.e. Cadence, ARM, Siemens EDA etc.)
* Proficient knowledge of IoT, AI, and machine learning applications preferred
* Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and project management
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* Willingness to travel as needed
