Human Resources Coordinator - Human Resources Fairfax, VA Pay From: $25 per hour MUST: Experienced Human Resources Coordinator 3+ years of experience as a Human Resources Coordinator Must have experience working in the healthcare field Must have experience with customer service and office/clerical work Must be able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people Proficiency in MS Office Suite Working knowledge of Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Professional certificate in Human Resources field (PHR) a plus High School diploma or equivalent preferred DUTIES: Answers telephone promptly and refers caller to other department personnel when appropriate or provides employment or other personnel information as indicated Audits new hire paperwork, verifies completion of new hire process for ID badge eligibility Checking applicant references and initiating needed paperwork Schedules employment interviews with hiring manager Manage unemployment claims Assist with processing workers compensation claims Compile and update employee records (paper and digital copies) Maintain personnel records electronic and paper Assist, as needed, with entering personnel data into Human Resources Information System (HRIS), and handle follow-ups as necessary Reconcile employee records as necessary or requested Coordinate new employee onboarding including distribution of orientation packets to assure an outstanding introduction to the company Perform all other duties as assigned Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
