* Implement the treatment and rehabilitative strategies outlined in the patient care plan, including medication management, rehabilitation treatments, coordination of medical needs, and budget monitoring
* Maintain thorough and timely documentation of care provided to ensure accurate patient record and billing
* Conduct assessments and approve plan of care and service delivery methods
* Follow consumer health plans, provide and promote consumer choice, and facilitate consumer independence

* Must be at least 21 years of age
* Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in state of operation
* Bachelor's Degree in nursing or related health and human services field from an accredited college or university OR an Associates Degree in nursing from an accredited two-year program
