Join Our Team as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator! American Pediatric Dental Group Are you passionate about helping children build confident, healthy smiles? At American Pediatric Dental Group, we're looking for a dedicated Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator who shares our commitment to outstanding patient care and enjoys working in a supportive, fun, and professional team environment. In this vital role, you'll be instrumental in guiding families through their orthodontic journey, combining both front office and clinical expertise to ensure an exceptional experience from start to finish. Schedule:
Monday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Present financial treatment plans clearly and confidently
Navigate dental insurance with ease and accuracy
Utilize clinical dental assisting knowledge (orthodontic experience is a plus!)
Communicate effectively with patients and team members
Multitask in a dynamic environment while staying organized and upbeat
Adapt quickly and collaborate as a flexible team player

Education/Credentials:
- A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent is required.
- Associates degree in Business or equivalent is preferred.
- Bilingual is preferred, but not required.
- X-ray certification is preferred, but may obtained through the Company.
Job-related experience:
- Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired for at least three (3) years.
Job-related skills/competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate with a pleasant demeanor at all times.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with all levels of employees and public.
- Excellent organizational skills; strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and perform job duties in a timely manner.
- Strong computer skills, Word and Excel a must, and ability to learn new programs as needed.
- High degree of initiative, accountability and independent judgment.
- Communication- effective written and verbal communication is a must with all staff and management.
- Must be able to project a capable and professional image- one that is reflective of Company Values.
Working conditions:
- Travel between the assigned offices, if needed
