Job Summary

The Decision Support & Cost Account Manager will report to the Executive Director of Finance. Their primary purpose will be to manage the annual budget process and oversee variance reporting and analyses. The Budget / Decision Support Manager is also responsible for managing monthly budget tracking and monitoring.

Minimum Required




  • A minimum of seven years of experience in financial management
  • A minimum of two years working in an academic medical center, hospital system, or related field
  • Extensive experience preparing budgets, forecasts, long-range business plans, and detailed variance analyses
  • Experience with EPSI, Strata, and other financial systems preferred



Education




  • Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent finance experience
  • Healthcare or comparable experience and MBA or CPA preferred



Salary Range: Minimum $53.55/hour - Maximum $93.74/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
