THE JOB / Experiential Manager (Lifestyle - Culinary, Arts & Culture) (Payment Service Client)

Are you passionate about Arts & Culture and love bringing creative experiences to life? Would you enjoy working with world-renowned cultural institutions and activating experiences at two of New York City's most dynamic and innovative campuses? Do you have a flair for overseeing high-impact cultural and culinary activations and sponsorships throughout the year, including collaborations with James Beard Award-winning chefs? If so, this could be your next big move as part of the Culinary + Arts & Culture properties on the Lifestyle team.

We are looking for an Experiential Manager to join our dynamic team. This person will oversee a variety of events, manage partner and vendor relationships, plan and execute activations, and work closely with key internal and external collaborators to deliver top-of-the-line experiences for our client's brand.

Our ideal candidate will be highly organized, meticulous, and a strong communicator. We are looking for someone who is highly collaborative, is a self-starter, and is comfortable taking the lead and sharing ideas. THE WORK YOU'LL DO



  • Manage numerous projects simultaneously with various lifestyle sponsorship properties
  • Provide recommendations to use sponsorship assets best to meet client objectives
  • Coordinate with teammates to ensure that all sponsorship assets are fulfilled and event logistics are met
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, vendors, venue operators, and sponsorship partners
  • Oversee on-site elements, including but not limited to dining events, food & beverage, venue needs, decor and furniture rentals, A/V, and on-site brand integration and promotional materials
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of planning and driving sponsorship (all logistics: pre, during, and post, vendor management, client deliverables, event recaps, budgets, and timelines)
  • Enhance the value of the sponsorship assets and programs while meeting client objectives
  • Assist with finance paperwork and documentation (Creation of POs, job codes, and adding new clients as vendors into our systems)
  • Attend events while serving as a main point of contact for vendors, guests, clients and partners

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR



  • A fan or expert of lifestyle culture, food, travel, and the arts
  • 3-5 years of experience within an agency or client service experience, and event planning
  • Be comfortable and able to shine in front of clients
  • A standout colleague who loves to share their opinion and solve problems, but can also work independently
  • An outgoing people person who can help manage relationships with key partners (e.g., venues, vendors, suppliers, etc.)
  • Meticulous work ethic, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and produce quality work, while adhering to deadlines (e.g., reporting documents, client-facing decks, budgets)
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Some budget management and/or reconciliation experience is desirable
  • An A+ organizer and communicator
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software (specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)


The base range for this position is $60,000 - 65,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with thecompany (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background,pertinent experience, and qualifications
