Cath Lab Tech

Join our team for a 13-week assignment with shift times from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Choose between 3x12 hour shifts or 4x10 hour shifts, as specified in your submission. You will handle a daily caseload of 3-6 cases, rotating between 8 rooms.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience required.
• First-time travelers are not accepted.
• On-call every 2-3 weekends. On-call schedule is Friday: 7 PM - 7 AM, Saturday: 24 hours, 7 AM - 7 AM; and Sunday: 24 hours, 7 AM - 7 AM.
• No block schedules.
• Locals accepted.
• ARRT/NJ License or RCIS accepted.
• BLS, ACLS required.

Skill Requirements:

• Scrub, diagnostic right and left heart cath, interventional cath, CTO, structural heart, ablations, devices (including ICD, Pacemakers, loop recorders, etc.), interpretation/management of dysrhythmias.
• Proficiency in either cath or EP lab procedures; both skill sets are highly desired.

Equipment Experience Required:

• Sterile procedure and equipment setup, rotablator, IABP, closure devices, balloon inflator, and stents.

Charting System: EPIC, Cupid, and Merge.
