Social Media Lead 30-Hour Position, Hybrid Remote

Located in Washington, D.C., ICLS (icls.edu) is a post-secondary institution that was founded in 1966 to provide English as a Second Language (ESL) and foreign language training in over 85 languages.

ICLS is looking for a self-motivated and creative social media lead to manage its social media channels and to drive conversion through social actions. This position reports to the VP of Growth. The role will start as a 30-hour hybrid remote position that requires up to 5 hours a week in the office and 25 hours remotely, with the intention of going full-time upon review of performance in Q4 of 2025.

Salary: $30/hour

* Experience creating original social media content (including reels, posts and stories)

* Experience creating content for Instagram and Facebook

* Experience growing social media channels

* Ability to differentiate content by social media channel

* Understanding of the role of social media in omnichannel marketing strategy that drives sales

* Understanding of social media analytics

* Excellent graphic design skills (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma)
