Job Summary The Training Specialist Leader oversees and manages a team of Training Specialists in critical environments, ensuring the effective onboarding, qualification, and ongoing training certification of engineering teams across the account. The key to success in this role is to be an open, transparent and consistent communicator to all stakeholders. In this role, you have the opportunity to shape a portion of the digital economy as well as the careers and lives of the teams' supporting operations. Responsibilities
