We're looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our Building Maintenance and Operations team-a group that values craftsmanship, collaboration, and service. In this role, you'll be a vital part of maintaining and enhancing the spaces where our students, faculty, and staff live, work, and learn.

You'll take charge of a wide variety of tasks within your designated maintenance zone-no two days are the same. From keeping HVAC systems humming to troubleshooting complex electrical and plumbing issues, your work will directly impact the comfort and safety of the campus community. This role goes beyond routine repairs-you'll be working with everything from boilers and air conditioning units to lighting, pumps, valves, and more. High school diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work. Some positions may require special licenses or certification(s).

Optional Guidelines: Experience in the trade(s) areas related to the area of assignment may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
