Our Company Do you want to define future of creativity and scaled production workflows for Enterprise customers by brining together best in class Generative AI models, automation workflows, and the power of creative tools across Adobe? Adobe is looking for a Director of Design to join the team and drive the definition and expansion of Firefly Enterprise including Firefly Services, Custom Models, Creative Production for GenStudio. You will lead a group of passionate and hard-working designer to define and develop new GenAI powered creative and production workflows. Through design, you will bring together powerful capabilities from across Adobe into great end to end experiences for the simplest user and use cases. Working closely with AI/ML research, product and engineering executives, you will provide strategic design direction and feedback to the design and engineering teams to uplevel craft, and find resolutions to ambiguous problem spaces. You will tremendously impact the future of creativity and marketing, while helping to define new opportunities to expand the reach of our tools. Adobe Design creates tools that amplify the world's ability to create and communicate. We're a global team of designers, researchers, prototypers, content strategists, program managers, and more who work across Adobe's three product lines: Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $173,300 -- $323,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
