Marketing Coordinator

Mead & Hunt, Inc., a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has an exciting opportunity available for a full-time mid-level Marketing Coordinator to join our aviation group at our office in Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the proposal development process including writing and editing proposal elements
• Leading project kickoff meetings for proposals and other submittals
• Creating and producing interview materials such as presentations, exhibits and handouts
• Providing quality control of proposals and marketing materials

• Providing marketing and business development support to technical staff

• Writing and designing marketing materials
• Leading external production and mailing of marketing materials
• Coordinating project and team photography with assistance from graphic designer

• Providing input on annual marketing plans and budgets

• Assisting with preparing marketing and traffic plans
• Developing and implementing pre- and post-conference campaigns
• Coordinating media and public relations efforts
• Attending tradeshows and conferences to assist with booth setup and coverage as needed
• Other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate must have one of the following:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business administration, journalism, communication arts, public relations, English, or related field from an accredited college or university AND at least 2 years of relevant experience.

OR

• Associate's degree in marketing, business administration, journalism, communication arts, public relations, English, or related field from an accredited college or university AND at least 4 years of relevant experience.

OR

• If no degree, must have at least 6 years of relevant experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all the following:

• Working in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment with constant deadlines
• Leading proposal submissions (RFPs, RFQs)
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
• CRM databases
• Proofing/editing long documents
• Working at an architectural or engineering consulting firm

Salary Range: $72,000 to $80,000 - Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set or location.
