Our Government Affairs team deals with all aspects of Spectrum's relationships with Federal, State, and Local political bodies, making sure Spectrum's interests and those of our customers are well represented. BE PART OF THE CONNECTION As a Director of Government and Community Strategy, you will be reporting within Charter's regional government affairs organization, the Director will develop and implement strategic government and community initiatives to enhance the company's image and support the government affairs functions within the region, which may include, among other things, event planning and execution, community investment, and strategic use of programming assets. As a part of Spectrum's Government Affairs team, you will work to achieve the company's regulatory and legislative goals. Our federal team collaborates with state and federal lawmakers to represent Spectrum's interests in the legislative and regulatory process. The State Government Affairs team works closely with regional and local leadership to manage relationships and franchise agreements at the state and local level, develop policy positions, and coordinate government affairs, franchising, and community activities across the states. The base pay for this position generally is between $110,800.00 and $196,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
