Job DescriptionThe General Counsel serves as the senior-most legal advisor to HealthX Partners Affiliated Group reporting directly to the CEO. The General Counsel & Corporate Secretary serves as the senior-most legal advisor to HealthX Partners Affiliated Group, reporting directly to the CEO. The role will oversee all legal functions and provide strategic legal counsel across the network of affiliated entities, branch offices, for profit and or nonprofit subsidiaries. The role ensures legal compliance, mitigates risks, and upholds ethical business practices, all while supporting and advancing the goals of the HealthX Partners Affiliated Group. This role acts as corporate secretary and supervises one legal support position.

Actual base salary compensation will bedeterminedby factors such as a candidate's qualifications, experience, internal equity, external market analysis, and other business factorspermittedby law. Hiring above themid-pointof the range below would not be typicalin order toallow for potential future salary growth.
