Great Hill is seeking a Senior Analyst with operational expertise in C5I and Acoustic Intelligence (ACINT) systems to support the EWDS II Agile Reaction Test. This role supports test execution and the development of relevant TTPs for forward-deployed teams in A2/AD environments. This position is located in NUWC Keyport, WA and requires an Active Secret Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop test concepts, scenarios, and injects to support realistic evaluation of multi-sensor systems.
  • Support development of PTPs and DTPs, ensuring alignment with operational needs and data requirements.
  • Provide technical input on ACINT systems including CV-TSC, USW-DSS, MIUW, TSP, and EWDS.
  • Collaborate with the government and other contractors on operational test analysis and planning.


Basic Qualifications:



  • At least 2 years of experience with operational or technical systems in a test environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of C5I systems and Navy or Marine Corps tactical operations.
  • Experience developing test documentation, including detailed plans and execution support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant test planning software.


Desired Skills:



  • Prior experience with Joint Test & Evaluation or operational testing efforts.
