Practice Manager - Healthcare - ENT Vienna, VA Pay From: $37 per hour MUST: Experienced Practice Manager - Healthcare - Fee for Service 3plus years of experience as a Practice Manager within a Healthcare setting Must have experience managing a large multi-provide, multi-location practice Must be computer savvy, have Microsoft Office Suite experience and EMR experience Must have a strong knowledge of OSHA, FMLA, and other regulations Must have experience with Social Media and Marketing DUTIES: Practice Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to the following: Handling staff issues/questions/concerns Assist the marketing team with helping to grow the practice and keeping on trend Manage insurance benefit enrollment, updates and termination management Managing staff reimbursements Assist with phone/initial intake interviews Identify and develop new practice policies and initiatives to improve work flow and customer experience Elevate staffing/practice issues to leadership team Office supply ordering and budget management Facility maintenance management Provide ongoing customer service training for staff Ensure financial performance including budgeting, payroll, and vendor relations Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
