We are looking for a hardworking Designer to join our team at Adobe, crafting pioneering digital designs. This is an outstanding opportunity to showcase your creativity and skill in an environment that values world-class design and brand new technology. You will be leading ambitious projects and collaborating with a team of versatile professionals to build flawless digital experiences.

• Leading the design process from concept to completion, ensuring the final output is of the highest quality

• Developing and maintaining design systems and components that streamline our design efforts

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to successfully implement design solutions

• Conducting user research and testing to determine the best design approaches

• Mentoring junior designers and providing constructive feedback to foster their growth

• Keeping current with industry trends and standard methodologies to ensure our designs stay competitive and innovative

• Proven experience as a Designer or in a similar role

• Extensive knowledge of Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.)

• Strong understanding of design systems and components

• Outstanding portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
