"I can succeed as a Tax Analyst at Capital Group." As a Tax Analyst, you'll join a team focused on tax accounting for the American Funds with an emphasis on distribution planning and income projections. You will perform daily income research and analysis on individual stocks as well as monitoring, projecting, and forecasting income primarily for equity securities. You may also be required to perform ad hoc income analysis and present the findings to portfolio managers and analysts. You will also be expected to assist treasurers with ensuring each fund satisfies distribution requirements and tax strategies. You'll play a critical role as a subject matter expert in the income and distribution pod and will provide guidance that is used in the investment process. In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
