Deposit Services Associate I

As a Deposit Services Associate, you will work closely with others within the department to ensure various deadlines are met on a daily basis. Our Deposit Services team is responsible for processing and resolving customer requests and problems accurately and timely.

This is a full-time position. Usual days and hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Hours vary depending on business needs.

What you'll need to be our Deposit Services Associate:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One-plus year of banking experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and other job-related software programs.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

What you'll do as a (insert Position Title):

• Adhere to the Mabrey EXCEED Customer Service Standards.
• Process daily incoming returns and prepare daily outgoing returns.
• Perform research to resolve Debit Card and ATM disputes.
• Review various reports for compliance to Bank procedures and policies.
