Moorestown, NJ Pay: $84,000 annually MUST: Experienced Test Engineer Active Interim Secret clearance or higher or DHS Suitability 7+ years of overall experience required C4ISR or Aegis experience desired Navy or Coast Guard experience desired Bachelor's required DUTIES: Recommend design improvements to C4ISR systems hardware, software, network, installation and logistics support to align with USCG C4ISR Portfolios. Identify risks, challenges and recommendations for fielding C4ISR systems on existing NSCs and future NSCs. Recommend standards for interoperability with DHS and DOD systems. Recommend improved design to C4ISR systems hardware, software, network, installation and logistics support to align with USCG C4ISR Portfolios. Identify risks, challenges and recommendations for fielding C4ISR systems on existing NSCs and future NSCs. Provide input to TEMPEST, information assurance, certification teams. Provide recommendations on appropriate CDRLs for interoperability and security. Support Combat System Ship Qualification Trials (CSSQT) related efforts, both in port and at-sea. Support test and evaluation in CGSAIL (Coast Guard Systems Acceptance and Integration Laboratory) and National Security Cutter. Support to Link communication systems and Global Command and Control System (GCCS) related objectives. Manage and update Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) system to record test results and use to create and edit test procedures.
