Program Manager - Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Platform

Job Summary:

The Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Program Platform Manager will be responsible for the overall management, optimization, and strategic direction of the Oracle Fusion ERP platform used for financial and HR operations. This role involves coordinating with internal business stakeholders and a managed services provider to ensure the platform meets business needs, enhances operational efficiency, and adheres to best practices in system administration and development. Additionally, this role will serve as an IT Project Manager for 20% of the time, overseeing IT projects for the IT department.

Key Responsibilities: Platform Oversight:

  • Manage the Oracle Fusion ERP platform, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and industry standards.
  • Oversee the integration of new features and functionalities in collaboration with third-party developers.
  • Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

Third-Party Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the outsourced administration team, ensuring they deliver high-quality support and services.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the third-party team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage incident resolution and closure processes, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Monitor third-party performance and compliance.

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage ERP-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal departments, including Finance, HR, and IT, to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance user adoption and proficiency with the Oracle Fusion ERP system.
  • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas for system improvement and innovation.

Compliance and Security:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in data security and privacy.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive financial and HR information.

Oracle HCM Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of Oracle HCM modules, including Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and Talent Management.
  • Ensure the HCM system supports business objectives and enhances HR operations.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders to identify and implement improvements in HCM processes.

Oracle PPM Responsibilities:

  • Ensure PPM solutions align with business goals and project management best practices.

Oracle Finance and Administration Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration of financial applications, ensuring they meet business needs and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with finance leaders to enhance financial processes and reporting.
  • Ensure consistent setup, rules, and access across financial systems.

Oracle EPM Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud solutions.
  • Ensure EPM systems support business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation processes.
  • Collaborate with finance and business leaders to optimize EPM functionalities.

BI Reporting Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure BI solutions support business decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify reporting needs and enhance BI capabilities.

Third-Party Integration Responsibilities:

  • Manage third-party integrations to ensure seamless data flow between Oracle ERP and other business applications.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to develop and maintain integration solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing ERP platforms, preferably Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Strong understanding of financial and HR processes and systems.
  • Experience in vendor management and working with third-party service providers.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in the wireless industry or construction sector.
  • Knowledge of data integration and reporting tools related to ERP systems.
