Riverside Overview Riverside Research is an independent National Security Nonprofit dedicated to research and development in the national interest. We provide high-end technical services, research and development, and prototype solutions to some of the country's most challenging technical problems. Position Overview Riverside Research is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager for our Beavercreek, Ohio Office. He/She will be responsible for cradle-to-grave experience with Federal Contracts, Grants, Commercial Products, Subcontracts and Procurement related activities. The ideal candidate should have management, proposal cost volume and day-to-day experience in the full range of contracts and requires independent judgment and identification, analysis and resolution of significant issues. He/She should have knowledge of the ever changing and developing Government Contracting environment. Candidate will report directly to the Contracts Director. Responsibilities Contract/Procurement Management
Experience in all areas and phases of Government Contracts; Teaming and Non-Disclosure Agreements, Proposal Preparation, Cost Volumes, Pricing, Negotiations with Customers and Close-outs

Global Comp $125,000 - $155,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
